welcome back from vacation! Glad to see you improving so well. Thanks for including my Thanksgiving post. I’ve never liked Turkey so we are working our way through different meat products. So far we’ve had a pork shoulder, crown rack of lamb, leg of lamb, rabbit, goat and various fish. I’d really love to try reindeer or some bigger game but it’s too expensive. Maybe a pot roast this year for us.
Oh, I love lamb! I can eat it every day! My husband learned how to cook authentic Russian beef Stroganoff. It is quite different from the American version (no pasta, but potatoes). He really perfected it. Now, it is our favorite holiday meal.
Oooh, I can’t wait to see your summary too. I love me a good finance story.
I hope you will enjoy mine as much as I enjoyed yours.
“Beware of men counting pennies” was an enjoyable read… glad to see it was the editor’s pick. Thanks for the mention.
